Yes, if, for any reason, before despatch of your completed CV, you decide you don't want to take your order any further, let us know immediately and we'll cancel it and refund your money accordingly.
After receipt of your CV, you are entitled to unlimited updates / amendments for 12 months from the date of your order.
After 3 months, if you have not received 1 interview, we will review your CV again, free of charge, against the job description for which you're applying.

Can you guarantee me a job if I order a CV?
No. What we will guarantee is total customer satisfaction. Unlike other companies, we will not claim to have a specific success rate, as this is impossible to backup. However, the majority of our clients come from personal recommendations and many clients return to us for further changes / general CV writing advice.

How long will it take to get a CV?
We aim at getting the 1st draft of a CV finished within 24 hours (this may be longer for executive and medical CVs due to the additional work involved).
We will not sacrifice quality for speed and we'll provide an estimated turnaround time upon ordering your CV.

Do you write American style resumes?
Yes, we write CVs / resumes for clients worldwide and all prices are the same, regardless of your location.

Do you store my CV, and if so, how?
All CVs we write are kept on file using 448-bit Blowfish on-disk encryption and are never passed on to other companies. If, however, you would rather have your files removed from our system, just let us know.

How can I pay for your services?
Payment can be made online using a credit / debit card using a secure payment system or via Paypal. Alternatively, we can take payment by phone, fax, cheque and postal order. If needed, we can also accept Western Union payments.

How secure is your online payment system?
Any sensitive information you send to us, from your computer to our payment servers is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. We use the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by Verisign.

A CV Builder is a piece of software that helps you to write your own CV and, in our professional opinion, it is not a good option as your CV will be churned out using a very generic and unattractive template. Your CV is a very personal document and there is no substitute for using a professional service!

Sometimes. It is often difficult to complete an application form because personal experiences can be used in an answer. However, there are occasions where we can provide some input but you'll need to contact us first for us to know for sure.

Do you keep a copy of my CV on record?
Yes, we keep an electronic copy on file to enable us to update / resend it to you at a future date. If you'd prefer us not to keep a copy, let us know and we'll delete it.

What happens if I lose my CV? Do I have to pay to have it sent again?
No. If you lose your CV at any time, give us a call or send us an email and we can send you another copy free of charge.
